I recently decided to shop around for better insurance. The idea of decreasing premiums intrigued me so I gave King Price a call for a quote.
I was initially helped by Buhle Xaba who has excellent people skills and knew his stuff about the products as well.
In the end I decided to stick with my current insurer and let them know about this. I was then given a call by Lelanie Strydom who basically just had a chat with me about if anything had gone wrong etc. It wasn't a desperate, scripted attempt to make me take up the policy (as these types of calls tend to be) but rather just a chat about things and when I told her my decision it was left at that.
All in all a very pleasant experience
