So I wrote a complaint about the spam smses that Maravedi constantly send me after I had opted out several times.
Chantelle Krigga then emailed me and assured me that my number had been removed from their database and I would not receive any more of these annoying messages.
Well guess what happened today at 14:04? Yup thats right, I got another of ther messages.
Now I want to know what it will take for these to actually deliver on their promises?
Do I need to go to their offices and scream and shout at them, maybe throw some of their pc's around?
I mean being based in a customer orientated position I know this for a fact "Never promise a client something you cannot deliver on"... Precisely what they did.
I now want answers, not just a mail saying "Your details have been removed from our system" I actually want a manager, not a call center agent or some low level grunt in the company to call me, I want a manager.
But seeing as how this was dealt with before I guess it is wishful thinking on my behalf.
Right now, I really just want answers and for this to stop as it is extremely annoying!
