Jonathan was very helpful in assisting me to get the best possible insurance policy premium. Despite much initial frustration, he was able to problem solve to ensure that I remained a happy client. The call center on the whole also responded quite efficiently to my problem. While they transferred me to a number of consultants (so that i could speak to the right person), they ensured that each consultant was up to date with the situation at hand, so that i would not have to repeat myself with each new person whom I was referred to. Really impressive service delivered by the First for Women team... a breath of fresh air given the general poor service of insurance companies nowadays!
