I have just got a letter from OM stating that i am in arrears with a premium from 2008! You have been charging me interest on the "outstanding premium" but only tell me now! I pay annually R312, but you have racked up R764.68 in interest!
Where was the phone call? where was the Email,?
Also, there are no reference numbers after a call to your call center last week, or for today!
