UNRESOLVED ISSUE

I needed assistance to do a transfer of funds between my two accounts, which has been done before.
Thiis time around, the transaction is blocked. Called call centre, spoke to -8 people and not a single person could assist. Banking with Std Bank for about thirty years, I regard this as pathetic service.
