First For Women Insurance
How can you lose a Car?

This is the second time that I am insured with First for Women, but will be my last. The first time was brilliant, great service and they were so responsive. However this time has been the opposite.

30th January at around 9am I reported that my car had been in a slight accident. My car was collected by the tow truck at roughly 6pm after three phone calls and three emails to the consultant to organise it. The tow truck driver informed me that the job only went through to them at about 3pm. But wait it gets better...

My car was then towed to the asessment center on Wednesday evening. Between Wednesday 30th January and the Friday 8th of February nobody could tell me where my car was. The panel beater informed me that it was definitely not with them and the Asessment center claimed the panel beater had it. I received an sms to rate FFW service and rated them Zero, after that I all of a sudden got a phone call and a new consultant and my car was miraculously delivered to the panel beater 2 hours later. Perhaps my car is a modern day Herbie and took itself on a joyride. Still waiting for a manager or perhaps even the CEO maybe to call me.
