Terrific Client service

I was put on a hold and not knowing why i was not been paid out yet. I contacted the Auto and General offices on the 23rd of December 2013 of where by i was assisted
by Ziyanda who had put me through to Connie Boloye of were she had explained its now with the vehicle accessing department and transfered me through of were by i spoke Owen Diploma who listened attentively first to me as i was really fustrated and then told me that Carel Nortje was the person handling the case now and said he will pass the message to Carel to call me. Was within minutes that Carel called and started assisting and within a period of 2 day's all was sorted and finalised. This was service rendered with the utmost respect delivered by him to me. He also kept giving me feedback.
He has great skills and is not there just to do his work but really keeps the Auto and General companies name HIGH. He is someone that follows the RISES values that is R-respect, I-Integrity, S-Service, E-Excellence, S-Stewardship. I would refer anyone to him for assistance. Togeteher him with the above mention names of the colleauges i spoke to are a great team and they all rendered awesome service. Awesome Service Carel Nortje
