I have to say, I dont know what you as a company have done but you have most certainly "upped your game" recently when it comes to customer service.
From the contact I had from Tinashe Mhonde at the call centre to Josephine at reception at 309 Mahatma Gandhi Assessment Centre, she was patient with me as I had lots to sort out and trouble her with. Jeanne is always willing to help, she never makes you like you are being too demanding.
