Good quotes & service, but how efficient on claims?

Hi,

I am very pleased to say the service with regards to quotation was very professional and friendly.
I am excited about the premium quoted, especially if it still plans to decrease every month.

My concern is what to expect when it comes to claims?
I am just worried... need some feedback from people who have claimed and received excellent service in this regard...

I need to confirm my insurance urgently... hopefully I can receive a response on this asap.
