I received a threatening sms, not addressed to anyone in partcular to say that I was being sued for an outstanding AMPATH account. I do not have such an account and when phoning in on 011 789 3042 was passed to 2 agents and then onto a third. I AM NOT EVEN THE CUSTOMER IN QUESTION!!!
When attempting to clarify the nature of the mistaken identity I was toldl I was being transferred and got CUT OFF! I tried 4 tmes thereafter.
The phone said I was connected but no one would respond and I was again cut off. When threatening people with leagl action, surely you should do due diligence and address the correct party not some random entity and then transfer responsibility?
