IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS

So i paid a 1000 into my account on the 25/01. today i use my card and it tells i have just over 200 in my account. i call into the call centre and some bombo tells me the payment has been reduced and a letter was sent to me on the 07/01 and she is going to ask her supervisor to call me on monday BECAUSE SHE DOESNT KNOW WHY.as far as i remember i requested all correspondence to me to be via email and not post. and is it the right procedure to follow by decreasing someones limit without speaking to them first. what type of a mickey mouse business are you running here. now wonder foreign investors run away from this country coz theres a bunch of running things. i want an explanation and i want it now. i went thru my teams and conditions over and over and even sent them to scorpion legal protection to see if maybe im looking at them wrong or maybe i got half of the tems and conditions coz thats how virgin money south africa operates. someone better call me
