Myself (Iekraam Stanfliet ID7711195010082) & my ex-partner (Helen Smidt ID6012220199086) bought a home together. We seperated and agreed that she would be responsible for the bond repayments as I moved out. I later married with kids and was under the impression that she is still looking after the bond repayments, the only time I relised that it was not the case when some company phone me in the week to buy my home. Me and my wife have a stable income and would like the opportinuty to provide a stable living environment for our children currently living with mother in law. Please can the bank give me a chance to rectify the matter, from what I understand the auction date is set for 11/02/2014.If you need proof of income or want us to sign letter of undertaking I am more than happy to do that.
