Yet again INET have proved to be the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I was so relieved when my contract eventually terminated in December that I did nothing about the useless service.

Today I received notification of Debit Transaction for R4791.12 on my bank account. I never authorised this debit order and was not made aware of it. My contract with INET ended on the last day of December 2013. I have e-mail correspondence that confirms this.

From the start of my dealings with INET the problems and errors kept flowing. The contracts were wrong, the product choices were wrong, I was given misinformation about pricing, I was informed that services were available which in fact were not. The worst of all is that their data was full or inaccuracies and often not live. Many times a week the feeds would just stop. My business suffered grievously for many months of erroneous data and mistakes. I really hoped that I had seen the back of INET, but they continue to debit my account despite the fact that I no longer use their services.
