I sent an email on the 8th of January requesting cancellation of the 3 in 1 package which costs R350.It was in the 7 day waiting period yet R350 was still deducted from my account today. I am so. I am struggling financially and now I cant use my money that belongs to me this weekend! This is unacceptable!
