On 7 November 2012 I wrote e-mail to Mr Kallides to cancel our Insurance with them for we found another company who is much cheaper. I asked him to let the cancellation be effected on 30 November 2012.
A debit order went of of my husbands account at the end of December 2012 and again on! st February 2013. We have to take our daughter to a missionary school on Friday and when we went through our statement we noticed the amount of R2268-00 went of again which make it clear why we missed about R2500-00 on the account. Please help us get our money back. My husband can not be reached during the day for he is working underground. His name is Chris, C S le Roux - 571226 5074 083, in whose name the policy is registered.
