VAPINSBUDG/BUDGET INSURANCE has been deducting money from my account - It just reads DEBIT ORDER R80.00 VAPINSBUDG.
I have not been with Budget Insurance for over 12 months, yet money gets deducted off my account for a Budget Insurance related service. Surely when you cancel insurance related service are cancelled as well.
I would like Budget insurance to reimburse the full amount that has been deducted from my account since I cancelled my insurance with them. As it stands they are money from me each month as I am not subscribed, nor do I receive any service from them.
Let me know when I can expect to be reimbursed.
