I have spoken to Abie about receiving a full statement via email for my account, which to date has not been done. The one and only statement I have does not reflect the correct deposits and yet RCS do not email a correct statement, is that because you charge interest on a daily basis!
I have emailed, phoned and if I have to hear that you are experiencing large volumes one more time I think I will combust, if you are experiencing large volumes (probably due to bad service) then shouldn't you start here.
So before I start to shout from the rooftops and put RCS out on every banner I can find, could we please have a response and sort this out so that I may close my account.
