Seems as if the only place my concerns will be addressed is at this platform. I have written numerous e-mails to Patrick Hlatshwayo who is handling the provident fund claim for my late Mother Sylvia Ndlovu who died in December 2012. To date there has been no update and your call centre hasn't been helpful either, as its either the person answering the phone can't help and you are then re-directed to someone else`s line that rings unanswered. Throughout 2012 we were requested for the same affidavits over and over again, and we kept on being told that the claim is being processed, how many more years does NBC need to resolve this matter?
I have even written to your complaints department in September and we were told this matter would receive their urgent attention, 4 months later, still no concrete response.
I have lost respect for your institution. I just wonder if you have the right to withhold beneficiary benefits for this long. You requested for all the paper work and it was provided to you, yet, you fail to resolve this claim. Just so you know there are individuals who are being affected by your lack of being HUMAN!
