My Virgin Credit card, from which Virgin Insurance premiums are deducted, was stopped Dec 2013.
I received a sms this month stating that the debit order failed and my cover is affected.
I've logged a complaint with VMSA since I've still not received a new card.
However, I want to ensure that I am covered.
To date I've always been impressed with the services provided by Virgin, but no longer.
Can someone please investigate and get back to me: I want assurances that my insurance cover is not affected by these internal blunders.
