Leading the customer astray

I requested a meeting with a financial planner to discuss products which the bank is offering regarding investments. Mr. Gino Borges Financial Planner of FNB did not observe the legal requirements of his job. He did not listen to anything I said in my interview with him as regards the requirements which I have and sent me an email containing information about which I did not even discuss with him. I never at any time discussed an Annuity with him or commission. I asked him to compare FNB products similar to the Green Bonds which offer 9.42% for a 5 year deposit with Nedbank. He did not ask me to sign an acknowledgement of the information he was going to send me which is as far as I am aware a requirement of people who are giving financial planning advice. I think he should be removed for assuming that I would take any option he offered me including a gross amount of commission.
I have as a result finally decided to remove my account from FNB.
