FNB - Vodacom data and air time deal

Got a call from a FNB agent (8/10) marketing a airtime deal (R119-00 for 200 per second billing) and 1G data-bundle for R59-00 or there about, with FNB, which can be cancelled with 1 month notice and will be debited from my FNB acc. Never, never is a contract with Vodacom mentioned!! As a prepaid user this sounded like a good deal and i opted for both, specifically asking that i don't lose my existing bundles and air time etc because of expiry periods etc. I was assured none of my services will be affected!! Huh... during the day of 9/1 this service was activated and i lost all my services, internet went down and had to be reinstalled by Vodacare, i LOST my e-mail address (deactivated) and no and access on all my computers, even on my Vodacom... and more than that my CLIP was cancelled and in future i was told i had to pay for this. When i asked how is Vodacom gonna debit me because the deal is with FNB, I WAS TOLD THAT I NOW HAVE TWO VODACOM CONTRACTS, ... Amazing!! I cancelled but now have to wait for a week till i can have access to my e-mail account which i have had for ten years without owing anybody anything, and now have to accept this without any recourse!!
