Went the extra mile

I was in White River on 7 January and needed to make an inter account transfer so I went to the branch in White River and experienced some difficulty using the online computer for internet banking in the public section. I went into the branch and spoke to Virginia Mglumane and told her my predicament and she allowed me to go online with her personal computer to do the transaction. She was extremely pleasant and obliging. So nice to meet someone like this in these times. I wish to compliment Virginia in the highest possible terms.
