Even on New Years Day

I had a burglary at my home on Christmas eve while I was away from home and lodged the claim with ABSA iDirect on the 27 Dec 2013. I then receivied a call from the Siya who was able to come to my home on New Years Day to assess the damage.

He was professional and efficient and my claim was finalised within the month of January.
