Definition of excellent service

I contacted MiWay to review my current policy premium as I felt strongly that I am over-paying despite my risk profile having improved - a key metric that drives the premium being number of claims in the past three years. Mr Seitshiro Mokgatla attended to my query and escalated the matter to his superiors. He kept me informed of the progress thereof. With the many players in the short-term insurance space, I could have easily terminated my policy with MiWay but because of the updates that I was receiving regarding the status of my request, I developed more patience and not impatience. And my patience paid off because my premium has been revised in line with my expectations owing to my improved risk profile. Importantly, I just want to acknowledge and commend Mr Mokgatla for his commitment to provide feedback at all times and for doing so excellently. I usually avoid 087 calls because of telemarketers but this time I answered all the calls and fortunately all the calls were from Seitshiro. I have also received my update policy schedule. Keep up the good work and extend this to other valuable MiWay customers. Let me start Name Dropping...
