I had a policy with virgin for car insurance with a good premium, then they decide to increase beginning November with 120% from - R405 per month to R988 per month. I called them and canceled and they said they will refund me but never did, I phoned in Beginning December again and they said they will refund me but still no luck. They are the worst financial institution that I had so far.
