This is the worst experience I have ever had. I have been a loyal FNB customer for 7 years now. I got an SMS to say "For you convenience, FNB will process your debit order on the 13 Dec. Reply No to opt out". So I replied No because my salary is only paid on the 20th. Now I see that FNB unlawfully processed the debit order for my personal loan. This should have went off on the 20th of Dec 2013. I am so shocked and angry right now, I am considering moving all my accounts from FNB. This is not ethical business practices. If FNB thinks this is an "innovation", THIS IS NOT. THIS IS AN UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION. Please reverse this immediately or I will have no other choice but to take action. I TRUST THAT SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME URGENTLY. very angry custome
