15 years a customer, 4 vehicles financed through Wesbank, without fail. I am an only parent and financially struggling at the moment and have applied for debt review to try and assure that I can keep on paying my debt and prevent my vehicle etc being reposesssed which I have paid for with blood, sweat and tears up untill now. I have tried for 24 months to sell the '09 VW CC, to clear the banks books, but VW bad resell values is making it impossible. I am told by all dealers the 09 model has no bookvalue & I must accept what they offer me, which is R165000.00 at best. I have up to date paid already R237669.71 of the amount of R493669.71. - R256 000 left. The car is in very good condition, 65000 km on the clock. (only used - 4000 km per yr currently). Please accept the amount as was negotiated by Debt Rescue of R4045.30 p/m, which is 70% of the original payment of: R5779.00. You have counter asked for R4045.30 R1874.83 = R5920.13 (more than orignal mnthly amount) On auction the car will go for same rediculous prices I have been offered by dealers. And I will still have to pay over R100 000 k - Total loss off: _ R337669.00. Wesbank plse help. Do not drop me like VW has... :(
