MY NAME IS LEBOGANG MASHIGO AND I AM A OWNER OF A HOME FINANCED THROUGH STANDARD BANK SINCE 2006.I HAVE HOME OWNERS INSURANCE WITH THEM.I PHONED TODAY TO REPORT FAULT WITH MY ELECTRICITY & IT GOT BAD AFTER THE HEAVY RAIN FALLS & AS A RESULT SOME ROOMS IN THE HOUSE DO NOT HAVE LIGHT, MY IRON, KETTLE AND TV ARE NOW DAMAGED.I PHONED TODAY & JUST GOT SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST ;0860123001, 0860121141, 0860123445 & 0860123444.COULD PLEASE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT IS HAPPENING PLEASE CONTACT ME, I JUST NEED AN ELECTRICIAN TO COME OUT AND CHECK WHAT THE PROBLEM IS BECAUSE IF THE HOUSE BURNS DOWN THEN THEY WILL REFUSE TO PAY.I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED & VERY FRUSTRATED BY THIS UNFAIR TREATMENT.
