BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I recently won an auction of [URL Removed] and I received the approved in principle email asking for a deposit which i deposited within the stipulated time. 5 days later I was told that BM FS made a mistake by advertising the car on the mycars website and the vehicle was sold. I bid on another car and was told the same thing. I requested them to find me a car, which they did but the mileage was 20 000km more so I requested a price slash as the car I bid on and won had a lower mileage. Its been almost ten days and they still have not made their decision as to how they going to correct the situation... customer service is obvioulsy not their top priority.
