Earlier this week i sent an email to Monique Wiese, a customer service personnel at King Price. An almost unheard-of thing happened, she responded to my email in less than an hour. And even better she had resolved my query which i must add was not an easy one before the end of the day. I've worked in the financial services industry before, for both an insurance company and a bank, i therefore know some industry habits eg turnaround times, where employees are informed that they have 24hours, 2days, 4days etc to respond to customer calls and where complacent employees make sure to stick to. It with a lot of appreciation that i hereby note Monique's excellent service and warm attitude.
