They don't listen and they dont repond

I have after various attempts to cancel my SABC TV Licence been handed over to NuDebt.
I got married and 6month prior to that I have moved in with my husband.
He's got a valid TV License so I have decided to cancel mine.
1. I get harrased by SMS's to pay my TV License in the early ours of the morning
2. They can't spell an e-mail adress
3. A supervisios is never in the office
4. I eventually hot some e-mail adresses, I must have sent 30 e-mails all together still NO RESPONSE
Please Remove me from your sms system I dont want to know about a TV Lic @ 2h in the morning, what happend to decent business hours...
