Customer given a bad credit rating

Good day

Mrs. J.S.Morton reported a credit aplication which was for 10K and approved without her even knowing about it.
She reported the matter immediately to FNB division and they did not even give her a ref number and said they would investigate.
This happened in September 2013.

Now, aplying for a Game credit card, it was declined because of this transaction and that after they had deducted an amount according to the loan.
How does that work???

She was forced to open an account with "BEEP" Bank because FNB could not stop this deduction.
Since she opened the case in September she has had no backfeed on this matter, the best FNB could do was blacklist her name?!!!

Where are the security measures that should be followed in aquiring a loan???

Maybe FNB is not such a 'MARVELOUS" Bank after all!!!
