If I could write a more raving compliment for Merle, I would. She and her PA, Judy, really went the extra mile for me when I applied for a home loan. She offered me advise and worked on my application with so much energy, as if it is the only application on her plate. I was thrilled by how I was kept informed at all times on the progress of my application.
The service I got made a normally very stressful process more tolerable.
