Claim update

Hi,

I handed in my claim on 18/11 and still haven't heard anything about the assessor or anything else. I think I phoned about 20 times but its impossible to speak to anyone, I also send a mail on 21/11 but again no response.

I really need to get an update on my car because at the moment I don't have transport and getting to work is an issue. If you can please inform on where things stand it will be appreciated.
