Good day, I was sequestrated in June 2009, I paid my dues and had to pay a contribution to solicitors in order to get rehabilitated in October 2013.I would like FNB to refund me the R2000 which they took out of my personal account with interest since May this year. Previously the excuse was that they couldn't find any trace of the sequestration documents, I now have the rehabilitation letter as well as the attorneys @law who handled my case's particulars, being Danie Potgieter Attorneys 012-663 5626.
