As you know finding insurance can be very fustrating! And the person on the other side of the line makes a HUGE difference in what you choose. I contacted about 10 different insurance companies for quotes and everytime I got someone unfriendly and not very helpfull on the line, rubbling on about the policies etc.
This morning 20/11/13 I phoned Budget Insurance, I was not very optimistic finding someone friendly on the other side. Jason Kennard Davis answered my call with the most enthusiastic, friendly voice, immediatly I decided that I definitly want Budget insurance no matter the cost! He was so friendly through out the entire call! When he realized I was Afrikaans speaking he immediatly apologized for speaking English & changed over to Afrikaans! That's what I call service!
