Bad treatment of Customers by Nedbank

Mr T & Miss C have a Home loan Valued at R447 000 since 2008; current bal R388 000; and is currently worth R500 000 after evaluation; 26th Sep 2013 application for an excess of R120 000 was made; Faith Mokganyetsi from West end branch Pretoria not helpful; Mr S Phetjane from the same branch also not helpful in terms of feedback keeps on promising to get back to the clients but never does, till Clients went in to the branch on the 19/11/13 and where told that We do not qualify for the amount requested Or R53 000 Which is the different btwn R 500 000 and R 447 000 Or else R59 000 diff btwn R447 000 and R388 000. Quest: Current monthly inst R3626.77 and We are paying R7000 monthly almost double the requested amount and it has been like that for a long time. how come we do not qualify, we also do not have other big instalments to make or undergoing debt counselling or being blacklisted. So why is Nedbank treating us like this? Please check our profile in terms of payments; We are so disappointed and are considering switching the loan to another service provider, help before it's too late.
