After signing the contract we realized we wernt going to make it financially as our baby was going to be born 2 weeks sooner. Tiestracon staff have only treated me with good manners and respect and have been very accomodating! They are even prepared to re imburse me even though I will be breaching the contract. All 3 staff members i have dealt with have only but been kind and understanding and have surprizingly promptly phoned me back when they said they would, every time! Thank you and Thumbs up!
