Me and a family member have also fallen victim to this company a few years back already, the agent who signed us up disappeared and no one informed us, so the emails we were sending initially reached no one because that person was not there & nobody acted professionally or assigned another consultant to us. The leads we sourced to earn "Cash-back" was all part of a scheme to make money but we lost many premiums deducted from our bank accounts & their accounts took forever putting the halt on it after we formally resigned from the program with "pretend products benefits" like Europe assist etc. which in the end turned out to be telephonic assistance etc. etc. Is there any way of stopping these people operating on Gumtree and cheating people of their hard-earned money. Please let me know if there is.
