10 Years back I had bad service from Telkom who charged me R8000 for calls NOT made and then handed me over.. since then stopped dealing with them and refused to have a landline ever again from them.
For the last 10Years I use a computer line which Ive never had problems.
Now i try to apply for a loan with RCS and they decline it because Im not with Telkom and cant give me a reason why I have to have it.. and also wont accept my desktop landline or cellphone.
Why must I deal with someone I have bad service from in my past. RCS is definately going to loose a lot of business if this is there attitude
