Heard the add on the Highveld for Outsurance life cover, so sent the sms, and within 30min Mr Winston called me. I was on the highway and couldn't talk, asked him to call back in 30min, and right on time he called back. Not only did he help me achieve exactly what I was wanting, he was friendly, helpful and has a good sense of humour. Winston made it so pleasant to deal with Outsurance. What a champion!!!
