Mail to Loan back office on 9/10/13

When I was in Johannesburg I applied for a loan which you so graciously assisted me with, my car was and unfortunately I needed cash desperately.

I have now moved back to Cape Town, changed my job and this is my story:

I have now been with your Company for just over a year and my balance is some R3000 less than what I loan and my instalments are R -R1600 per month, is there anything you can do to
reduce my interest rate on this loan, I want to show my appreciation for the assistance, and do not want to go elsewhere to make another loan to settle this one and all for a lesser interest rate.

Your assistance in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
