My mail to Nas speaks for itself:
"Many many thanks Nas.
You are truly a valuable asset to Outsurance and I hope they realize this.
I cannot thank you enough for seeing to everything and assisting me right from the day of the accident.
I spoke to you whilst still at the scene of said accident way back on 7th August, after which I received regular update sms's and e-mails.
You pushed for me when your senior assessor at first declined the damaged radiator claim saying it was not accident related.
You assisted without any fuss, bother or excuses regarding my "swapped out" spare wheel which calmed me down a whole lot!
I was fuming when I spotted that and thought yeah right, now everyone will blame everyone else and I'll end up having to sort out my spare wheel myself! But you came to the rescue. :)
Nas, you deserve high commendation. You made all the trauma (of the actual accident, of the /swapped spare wheel as well as of the radiator bursting the day I collected my vehicle from the panelbeater) calmly and quietly disappear and you took control and sorted out everything.
Hopefully I will never have to use Outsurance again but if ever I have to I will ask for you personally."
