My husband is a paying member of legal wise, in December 2012 he was in an accident which led to his car being written off and in the process experienced some cost for the shortfall. He contacted legal wise to assist him in claiming his shortfall from the person that hit his car, after 10 months they haven't issued a garnish to the person or even told him how far they are with the process. They always refer him to the lawyers who are handling the case which for me its been way too long.
