I've been a long standing and loyal customer of yours. I still hold you in high regard. That said, I recently asked for quotes and your premium is almost 2x as much as MiWay for my current vehicle. And mind you this translates to about R 250 pm.
I have been completely transparent about my incident history in case you were going to ask me if I declared my full insurance history. I also acknowledge that you did your best to match the quote. However, I beg to differ. I believe there are not enough mechanisms that enable you to retain customers. Companies like Afrihost use their marketing budgets to subsidise prices for market share. Maybe you should consider something similar?
So in short, I wanted to say that I wish you guys tried different strategies. Pity I don't qualify for the R 400 offer that you have on at the moment.
