Lemese was extremely helpful when faced with my urgent request. She took the time to explain to me what Standard bank couldn't and what they needed to do paperwork wise in order to process my request. A little over 2 hours after my frantic call to her I had the new paperwork in my inbox. I have consistently been let down by most individuals in the client service industry, Lemese has shown me that they are not all bad.
