Good day

I'm currenlty on the phone trying to get through to your call centre for the last ten minutes after receiving an sms to say I was approved for a a topup and it will be paid over. I just hear music in my ear and no one to talk to. This is my second time calling (i'm on waiting 5 min now) then an operator says "Good bye, Thank you for calling bridge loans "I mean really now without even TALKING TO SOMEONE! I must say IM NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR STINK SERVICE! I wanted a topup last week already I need the money badly, I called in to advise one of your agents that I will cancel this topup when my normal instalment goes of my account on the 25th this month because then it would be stupid for me to take a loan after payday as I WONT NEED IT ANYMORE! I guess this sms has just been send to me now to stop me from cancelling! so you guys can take more MONEY from me. If this money is not in my account by 16pm today! I'm cancelling!!! How can you make us as customers suffer for your stupid systems. Have it fixed properly
