My Cheque card expires at the end of this month and to this day I'm still fighting about where my card should be delivered.

I HAVE SPOKEN TO 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE TO HAVE MY CARD RE ROUTED TO A DIFFERENT BRANCH BUT TO THIS DAY I STILL GET PHONE CALLS TO COLLECT IT AT SAME BRANCH I WANT CHANGED.
THEN THEY WONDER WHY FNB IS SUCH A SUCCESS.
