Erroneous calls recieved and rerouted by Yasmin
A number of calls have been received by Tasmin in the La Lucia contact centre meant for the Personal Loans JV. Yasmin has been pro active and contacted me on more than one occasion for information to enable her to service the client request speedly and effectively. This is a great example of customer responsiveness.
