Absa Insurance is refusing to pay for a claim for a wall that is crumbling because they say they have a new policy that states they do not pay out for faulty building. A Policy that we never received!!! We bought the house without building to it. So we bought a house that had no apparent fault but now that the cracks are showing ABSA is pulling up there shoulders. And as I spoke to Stephen in their department I asked him if Absa is actually lying and manipulating their clients he said YES!!! We are paying our bond and our insurance in a timely matter and they never had a problem with it, but now that I need them they all disappear!!! I was told I can take matters further but why should a client be phoning around so that they can do their own jobs!!! I am not getting paid to do their job!!!
